Start the new year with a blast at the Otley sailing club's first race for 2024.
For people who are unfamilar with our traditional new year's day faith lunch, members are invited to bring a dish (sweet or savoury) to share, so everybody can enjoy a meal together.
If members wish to race and people volunteer to man the safety boat, we compete for the Hangover cup. For those who do not wish to compete, people are welcome to enjoy a paddle or a sail at their own leisure.
In previous years the lake has frozen over, but this has not stopped us enjoying a get together. So as this event depends on weather and who turns up, it is organised on the day. Start time 12:00.
